THE DESIGN PROCESS

#1 Initial Consultation

After selecting a service that best fits your needs, we will meet to discuss goals and project scope. A project brief will be developed outlining the project timeline and budget.

#2 Project Kickoff

To kick off the project, you will receive three documents: a project brief, brand questionnaire (if logo design is selected), and a contract that both parties will sign. The contract will state deliverables, payment terms, and project timeline and will need to be signed before project begins.

#3 Research and Inspiration

I will begin by researching current trends and gathering inspiration that will lead to developing a mood board which will define visual direction.

#4 Concept Development

I will design and present brand concepts. Multiple design concepts will be generated and initial concepts will be pitched for feedback.

#5 Design Refine

I will tweak and refine your concepts. This stage includes two refinement sessions* or until we are happy and confident with your final product.

*There will be an extra charge for more than two refinement sessions.

#6 Finalize & Deliver

Designs will be refined, ensuring attention to detail and alignment with brand guidelines. All design assets will be prepared as necessary and exported in appropriate formats. Files will be sent in the format you requested and ready to use.
